About Me
I’m Rhys Davies and…
I’ve been teaching English for more than 25 years, but for me, teaching has never been simply about grammar or vocabulary. It’s about people.
Over the years, I’ve worked in Poland, Hungary, Spain, the UK and Italy, including several Director of Studies positions. Since 2016, Treviso has been home, and I’m still doing what I enjoy most: helping people become more confident, comfortable and natural when speaking English.
I take a humanistic yet highly professional approach to teaching. I believe that when you build a genuine relationship with your students, learning becomes more enjoyable and, ultimately, more effective.
My aim is to help you use real English — whether that means having a conversation, travelling, working, meeting new people or simply feeling more confident expressing yourself.
